Does the flange fit your breast perfectly?
After confirming that the flange fits your breast, turn the power on and use the pump.
Is the Comfort ProperFit™ flange firmly attached to the flange?
There is a cut at the tip of the silicone valve. Is the cut torn or widened?
If the above is the case, please replace it with a spare valve and then use the pump.
Is each part assembled correctly?
Is the silicone valve inserted firmly (until it stops)?
Is the soft cup placed inside the main body?
Is the soft cup turned inside out or torn?
Is there moisture in the soft cup?
If breastmilk or moisture from washing the pump parts sticks inside the soft cup, it may flow back to the motor and you may not be able to pump.

In all cases, please fit your breast firmly with the flange so that there is no space between them. If there is a gap between your breast and the flange or space between improperly assembled parts, you may not be able to pump as the suction pressure will be insufficient.
